Q: HAVE ALL DONATIONS BEEN GIVEN TO VICTIMS' FAMILIES?
A: All personal donations have been delivered to victims families. The only donations not distributed to victims' families are those which were specifically designated for administrative expenses by donors (usually, such donations were made as direct payments of our expenses).

Q: WHAT IS THE OFFICIAL STATUS OF THE FOUNDATION?
A: The Fund is a US Public Charity and has full 501(c)(3) status. Here you can find more information on our legal status.

Q: IS MY DONATION TAX-DEDUCTIBLE?
A: Yes. Donation receipts are required for tax purposes for donations over $250. We sent these receipts to all such donors in 2003 and 2004. If you have not received your receipt, please contact us.
