The International Foundation for Victims of Terror Acts was registered in 2002 and has IRS 501(c)(3) public charity recognition. The IRS Status Letter can be viewed here.

Our Foundation also has full support of the Russian Embassy in Washington, DC and the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in New York.

We received two letters from the Ambassador of the Russian Federation expressing gratitude for our efforts: one for the previous project we ran to help victims of the Nord-Ost hostage crisis, and another one recently for our current campaign to help the victims of the Beslan tragedy.
